After saving a mysterious stranger trapped in a swamp with a bucket on his head, Bimble receives the bucket as thanks. He soon finds out that the bucket is magic and will give him anything he wishes for (for twenty-four hours). A witch called Dolly Clackhanger tries to steal the bucket from Bimble, many times, for her queen, Kak.
The story is about Kaew and Chitchanok, twin sisters who are separated at birth. Only a few people are aware of their existence; their mother who goes batty soon after giving birth, their uncle, Narinton, who is after their wealth, which is ultimately their inheritance, and one of the twin’s foster mother, Wantha. Since neither of these people are in any condition, be it voluntary or involuntary, to bring forth this information, the twins grow up apart and live completely different lives. Kaew is raised by Wantha and although she saved Kaew from death, she treats her like a slave and constantly abuses her right as her savior. Kaew meets Muengman who provides her small glimpses of happiness amidst her arduous and bleak life. Meanwhile, Chitchanok grows up in France with their father, Wooraman, and lives a humble, yet, privileged life.

Andy Robson is a 1982 British children's television series produced by Tyne Tees Television and which was aired on the ITV network for two series in 1982 and 1983. It was based on Frederick Grice's novel The Courage of Andy Robson, published in 1969. Set in Edwardian England and starring Tom Davidson as the eponymous hero, Andy Robson, the series concerned the adventures of Andy, who had been sent to live with his aunt and uncle in rural Northumberland from a coal mining town in County Durham in North East England after his father was injured in a pit accident.
