Mika is a stripper trying to rebuild her life after a troubled and mysterious past. She goes to work in the bustling Rua Augusta, in São Paulo, where she is a dancer at Boate Love and has fun at night club Hell. On one of these nights, the young woman's fate intersects with that of a powerful businessman's son, which changes her life forever.
As the title implies, this series features a pair of characters per episode. Each DVD has one music video for each character, plus one part of an eight part story. Annoyingly, the music videos are for the short versions of the songs, not the full versions... to get those, you had to buy the Twin Collection CDs.

Their mission is not only to become champions; they will also have to rescue the "official" driver of the Drakers' team, who disappeared at the beginning of their adventures, and another task of their main mission is to find the X-Rall, a basic component for their cars.

Thunder Mask goes on to battle the numerous monsters sent down by: Devil Dekanda.
