Bron's life is complete, utter chaos. Three kids – an emotional tweenager, a four-year old stalker and the middle one. Just when things couldn't get any harder, she bought a puppy. A million plates in the air, even more smashed on the ground around her feet. Bron wears the battle scars of an ex high-school teacher and is still reeling from the initial shock of motherhood 12 years ago. Tackling juggle-parenting, teaching, career change and flailing mental health, if you've ever thought 'if one thing goes wrong, we're all dead meat' this is the show for you.

An elderly man has always perceived reality as tilted. Gradually, however, everything seems to turn upside down—even the image of Green Tara, to whom he makes daily offerings. His youngest son, a monk at a temple, is summoned home; he finds himself navigating the boundary between reality and illusion as he tries to understand what is happening to his father. In a quiet village, the body of an elderly man, Bhimsen Chhetri, is prepared for his final rites. His legs are carefully tied, his body bound with ritual precision, and the mourners stand in silence as tradition is followed without question. As the funeral procession begins, the film shifts decades into the past. A younger Bhimsen helps carry the body of his friend named Balmiki along with one old man and another young man through mustard fields toward the riverside for cremation. During a brief rest, a young man and an old man went to collect the wood into the jungle leaving Bhimsen alone with the corpse. What follows is an unexplainable event.

David Monacchi, a hi-tech explorer, knows the Amazonian forest well, but his means of exploration are unusual. A sound artist, “field recorder”, and eco-acoustic composer, he understands terrain through sound. For the sound landscape of this region is as rich as the diversity of wildlife that produces it. Today, global warming and humans are threatening species, and sound pollution itself is involved in the extinction of some of these; nature being well constructed, the sound spectrum of the forest is based on a subtle balance, in which each species communicates on a very specific frequency, never interfering with the others. The upheaval caused by man, through the installation of a pipeline for example, upsets this balance.
